A Hyatt Studios hotel is being planned for Danville, Virginia on the Dan River. The project is being proposed by Dan Hotel River St. LLC, and will include a four-story, 120 guest room Hyatt Studio at 100 River St., near the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Bridge and the YMCA. The lot is currently a brownfield site, or a former industrial or commercial property. The proposed Hyatt is projected to be a $30 million investment and represents a joint venture between Lansing Melbourne Group and 1st and Main Development.
