Developers are proposing to build a new Hyatt Place Hotel at 1200 Main Street in Half Moon Bay, San Mateo County, California. Located at 1200 Main Street the hotel would contain 102 guestrooms included in two guest room buildings, the main lobby, a meeting room, and a pool. On top of the guest bicycle fleet, secure parking will be included for 30 bicycles. The L-shaped surface lot will have space for 148 cars. AXIS/GFA Architecture + Design is responsible for the designs. RGJC South LLC is the developing the hotel.
