Kissimmee Place Development Group is proposing to build a Hyatt Studios hotel located at Kissimmee, Florida airport. The proposed 60,000-square-foot Hyatt Studios would contain 122 guestrooms and 3,000 square feet of conference space. The project is currently undergoing design and permitting. Construction would begin at the end of the summer in 2025 and be completed in the 4th quarter of 2026.
