Developer Midland Elite Hospitality LLC is proposing to build a 114 guestroom Staybridge Suites Hotel at 724 and 804 Cinema Blvd in Midland, Michigan. The hotel will have one driveway from Cinema Boulevard, 124 parking spaces, an indoor pool, an outdoor patio area, and a limited food menu for guests. John Morey of D&M SITE Inc is the project engineer which was recently approved by the city planning commission.
