Developers are planning to build a Kimpton Hotel at the Westcourt development next to the Kia Center in downtown, Orlando, Florida. The 261 guest room, 11-story luxury boutique hotel is being planned by Westcourt development partners, Machete Group and JMA Ventures. The tower will include 16 stories of residential units, with residents of the building enjoying access to Kimpton’s amenities. Machete Group is led by Principal David Carlock. The Kimpton Hotels brand is a part of IHG Hotels Group.
