Duncan Golf Management led by President TJ Duncan is proposing to build a boutique golf resort style hotel on Lakeridge Golf Course in Reno, Nevada. The project would transform 12.5 acres of open space on the north side of Lakeridge Golf Course into a resort-style hub. The golf course would be preserved and continue operating as usual. The hotel would include: a two-story hotel lobby with a spa, restaurant and bar, 15 hotel villas, main pool with a bar and a separate spa pool, several sports courts, putting green, outdoor dining and patio seating garden, parking and maintenance facilities. Andy Durling, vice president of planning at Wood Rodgers, is the engineering firm designing the project. The project is currently under review with the city.
