Construction of a LivAway Suites extended stay hotel has broken ground in Mesa, Arizona. Scheduled to open in the 4th quarter of 2026 the new hotel will feature amenities such as in-room kitchens, private bathrooms, seating areas with 50-inch smart TVs, tech-enabled laundry facilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi. It will also provide access to LivAway’s long-term stay programs, including extended-stay rates and early-booking discounts. The Mesa project is part of LivAway Suites’ national development pipeline, which currently includes 22 locations, either open or under development. The company plans an additional 12 to 15 groundbreakings in 2026.
