
A new boutique hotel is being proposed is the Market District area of Cleveland, Ohio at the intersection of Lorain Ave and West 26th St. The property, at 1960 W 26th St is owned by Ohio City Inc. The developer is Dan Whalen of Places Development and the property will be branded as a Marriott Tribute Portfolio. The 98,931 square foot building will contain 129 guestrooms and be 7 stories tall with a 6,500 sf restaurant, out-door seating, a coffee shop, 4,300 sf bar lounge and 4,500 sf ballroom. DLR Group is the project Architect that is currently in design review with the city.
