A new Courtyard by Marriott Hotel will soon begin construction in Olive Branch, Mississippi. The project is being built by JFB Construction and Development who will serve as General Contractor the co-developer. The 117 guestroom, $18 million project will break ground in June 2025 and take 18 months to complete. Joseph F Basile, III is the CEO of JFB.
