Developer NCG Hospitality is planning to build a Marriott branded Moxy Hotel in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The seven story 156 guestroom hotel would be located in Milwaukee’s Deer District on the southwest corner of the former BMO Harris Bradley Center site, a section of Deer District that abuts North Sixth and West State streets. The new hotel would include a check-in at the hotel lobby bar and themed guest rooms. NCG plans to break ground on the project in late 2025 and open in the spring of 2027.
