Developer North Point Hospitality is planning a 13-story AC Hotel on a Midtown site located at 1902 Hayes St in Nashville, Tennessee. The 164 guest room hotel would include a pool and amenity level on the 13th floor. The firm submitted a final site plan for the Midtown hotel, which will go before the Metro Planning Department for approval. ESa is the architect for the project.
