Developer HYM Investment Group plans to start construction of Beachmont Square a mixed use project part of the Suffolk Downs redevelopment in East Boston, Massachusetts. Construction will begin late 2025 on the next two buildings in the Suffolk Downs redevelopment: a 473-unit residential building and a 150-room hotel. The project will be complete in mid2027 and will also include 33,000 sf of retail. Tom O’Brien, is HYM’s CEO and managing partner.
