A mixed use tower including a full service hotel is being planned in the financial district of Miami Florida. Located at: 1201 Brickell Bay Drive the 54 story 1,032 ft tall tower would including: 1.29 million square feet of office space, 414,476 square feet of hotel space with 212 guestrooms, a health spa, fitness club, ballroom, event space and restaurant and retail. The project is being designed by Foster + Partners and AAI Architects and developed by Citadel. Construction would begin in the 3rd quarter of 2025 and take 5 years to complete.
