Construction is well underway on the Monarch Hotel in San Antionio, Texas. Scheduled to open in the 2nd quarter of 2026 the 17 story downtown hotel will include 200 guestrooms and will be branded as a Curio Collection by Hilton. The hotel will include a full-service spa, fitness center and a terrace pool, multiple food and beverage concepts with indoor and outdoor service, including a rooftop restaurant and bar and a basement speakeasy. Overland Partners is the project Architect. Zachry Hospitality is the project developer.
