Construction is underway at developer Serac Capital Partner’s new 180 guestroom hotel in Steamboat Springs, Colorado with a project completion date of mid 2026. The mountain lodge hotel located at 1750 Central Park Drive will be flagged with a Marriott brand. The new development will feature mountain lodge motif and incorporate local art. The development will include 180 hotel guest rooms, a resort-style pool, a bar and lounge area as well as a full-service restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. Construction financing is being provided by Central Bank and Yampa Valley Bank with a preferred equity investment was provided by EB5 Capital. The Richardson Design Partnership is the architect, Landmark Consultants Inc. is the civil engineer, and NGC Group is the general contractor.
