Developers are proposing to build a four-story hotel at 10108 Truckee Way in Truckee, California. The Truckee Railyard Hotel proposal includes a 79,743-square-foot building with 60 hotel guestrooms and 15 for-sale multifamily residential units within the Downtown Extension District of the Railyard Master Plan Area. The hotel is part of a master development by Holliday Development LLC, led by President, Rick Holiday and Project Manager, Jason Hansford. Rikesh Patel of Presidio Co is the hotel’s developer. RPM Group is the manager, 10SB is the Architect and SCO is the Civil Engineer.
