Developer Deiso Moss is partnering with Marriott International to build a Ritz Carlton Hotel & Residences in Houston, Texas. The hotel will be located at 2120 Post Oak Blvd and will include 154 guestrooms and 114 private residences. The 44-story project will be designed by Pickard Chilton and Ziegler Cooper Architects. Rottet Studio, will design the project’s interiors. Harvey Cleary will serve as general contractor. Andrew Deiso and Toylor Moss are principals of Deiso Moss.
