Developer Renaissance Centro is planning to build a Ritz Carlton branded condo residences at Tysons Corner in Mclean, Virginia. Located at 7925 Westpark Drive the 20 story, 102 unit tower will break ground in 2026 and is scheduled to open in 2028. Units will be 4,500 square feet and will feature hardwood flooring, chef’s kitchens and spa-inspired bathrooms, integrated bars, fireplaces and direct-access elevators. Building amenities will include an outdoor pool, a rooftop lounge, a fitness center, yoga studio, a theater/media room and a private dining room with catering kitchen. Concierge services, will offer in-residence dining, reservations, valet parking, and newspaper and package delivery. The project design team consists of: White Design and FXCollaborative. Ilan Scharfstein is Renaissance Centro’s VP of development. McWilliams Ballard Inc. is leading sales and marketing.
