Hotel developer Stellar Hospitality is proposing to build a Staybridge Suites hotel at 942 Front Ave NW in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The 111 guestroom limited service property would be 5 stories and be built on a vacant lot on the west side of the Grand River. The developer is asking the planning commission to approve a waiver that would reduce the required parking from 83 to 44 spaces. Jimmy Asmar is the project representative with Stellar Hospitality.
