Kosh Grewal of RK Properties and Development proposes a four-story TownePlace Suites by Marriott hotel with 112 guestrooms and a 160-unit apartment complex at 2450 West El Camino Ave in Sacramento, CA. The hotel will include a fitness center, buffet, business hub, community space, and an exterior dining patio, totaling nearly 60,000 square feet. The apartments, in four buildings near the site’s interior, will offer studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, plus a clubhouse with a fitness center, lounge, mail room, meeting space, pool, and spa. Design is by JTS Engineering’s Omar Siddiqui and Tahoe Design and Engineering’s Ali Ahmad. The project needs site plan, design review, and rezoning approval.
