– By placing an order for our marble and granite products, either online or through direct contact, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your company, including contact details, billing, and shipping addresses.

– Wadi Degla for Marble and Granite reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms periodically for any updates.

#### **4. Product Descriptions and Availability**

– We aim to ensure that all marble and granite descriptions, including size, color, and texture, are accurate and displayed as clearly as possible. However, variations in natural stone products may occur, as each slab or block is unique.

– Product availability is subject to stock levels. Some products may not always be in stock due to the nature of raw material supply. If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately to discuss alternative options.

#### **5. Pricing and Payment Terms**

– All prices quoted, whether online, in correspondence, or in-store, are in **USD** and EUR  and are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations in raw material costs, shipping rates, or exchange rates.

– **For Local Sales**: Full payment is required upon completion of your order, either via cash or bank transfer.

– **For Export Sales**: International buyers must make payments via bank transfer, according to the agreed proforma invoice terms. Full payment, including shipping and handling charges, is required before shipment unless otherwise stated in the contract.

– Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the importing country are the responsibility of the buyer.

#### **6. Ordering and Shipping Policy**

– **For Local Customers**: Orders typically take about one week for production, finishing, and packaging, subject to the order quantity and product availability.

– **For Export Customers**: Once an order is confirmed, we will issue a proforma invoice detailing the product description, quantities, and costs, including shipping. Production, finishing, and packaging also take about one week, depending on the order size.

– **Shipping Methods**: We work with reputable international shipping companies to deliver your order. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination and the method chosen.

– **Delivery Terms**: Deliveries are typically based on **FOB (Free On Board)** or **CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)** terms, as agreed upon during the contract negotiation.

– We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or any other circumstances beyond our control once the shipment leaves our facility.

#### **7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refund Policy**

– **For Local Sales**: We allow returns or exchanges of undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. Customers must present a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). Custom orders or specially cut materials are non-returnable.

– **For Export Sales**: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started. Cancellations before production begins must be requested within 7 days of receiving the proforma invoice. Once production is confirmed, any refunds will be discounted based on the quantity already produced.

– **Refunds**: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 days of the cancellation notice and will be returned via the original payment method. Refund amounts will be adjusted to account for any materials already produced at the time of cancellation. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

#### **8. Quality and Inspection**

– Wadi Degla for Marble and Granite guarantees the quality of its products. All marble and granite slabs and blocks are inspected before shipment to ensure they meet industry standards.

– **For Export Sales**: Upon delivery, the buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods. Any claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.

– We will replace or provide a discount for any materials that are damaged during transit, subject to our inspection and verification.

#### **9. Intellectual Property**

– All content, including images, designs, and descriptions displayed on our website and any associated marketing materials, are the property of Wadi Degla for Marble and Granite. Unauthorized use of any materials from our website is prohibited unless granted written consent.
