Developer DP Hotels managed by Dilip Patel is planning to build a Tru by Hilton Hotel a 1.9-acre vacant site on the west side of the office building at 14575 S.W. 27th Way from Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. in Miramar Florida. The Tru by Hilton will total 46,334 square feet with 97 rooms in five stories. Centennial Bank provided a $10 million construction loan for the project. Anderson Architecture is designing the Hotel
