Developer Crawford Hoying and Campus Partners will build an $84 million mixed-use project at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. The plan features a 141-room Marriott Tribute hotel with amenities such as a cafe, fitness center, restaurant, rooftop bar, and terraces overlooking campus and downtown. The development will also include 121 market-rate apartments (from micro studios to two bedrooms), 5,500 square feet of retail or office space along 15th Avenue, and a 430-space parking garage between the buildings. Construction is set to begin this year, targeting completion by May 2029. Meyers + Associates is the architect.
