Developers Ivy P3 Group and Horizon Capital plan to transform the former St. Germain Hotel site at 2516 Maple Ave in Dallas, Texas, with a new 23-story hotel and residential tower. The upcoming Monclaire Hotel and Residences is set to feature 65 hotel guest rooms and suites, along with private residences, restaurants, and retail spaces. Valued at $250 million, the project’s residential units will occupy the top ten floors, while restaurants and retail businesses will be situated on the lower levels; the remaining floors are intended for the hotel.
