Developers are planning to build a water park, resort, hotel, conference center planned in east Loveland Colorado off of Byrd Drive. The $200 million Rocky Mountain Grand Resort, which when built would include a 400 guestroom hotel, convention center, waterpark, and other entertainment features meant to attract tourists to the region. The land is owned by developer Martin Lind. The project would open in 2025.
