The City of San Jose California has approved construction plans for a new hotel on the west side. The six story hotel would be located on South Winchester Blvd between Interstate 280 and West Hamilton Ave. Owned by Dr. Adam Askari, the project would bring a 119-room hotel to 0.7-acre site at 1212 S. Winchester Blvd. The project architect is Carpira Design Group.
