Developer Braun Hospitality is planning to build a 86 guestroom Wyndham branded Microtel on Quince Street in Florence, Oregon across from the Florence Event Center. Construction will begin in December or 2025 and be completed in the Spring of 2027. Todd Construction of the project’s general contractor.
