The city of Raleigh North Carolina is seeking to partner with a developer to build a 500 guestroom mixed use hotel, convention center, retail, residential and office complex on Fayetteville Street downtown. The city will be sending out a RFI to seek applications from developers with Jones Lang LaSalle guiding the process. The developer will be chosen in 3rd quarter of 2023 for the proposed $260 million project.
