A-1 Hospitality of Kennewick Washington is planning to build a $50 million hotel in the city of Kennewick Washington at Three Rivers Convention Center. A-1 Hospitality is partnering with the city of Kennewich on the project. The city of Kennewich is currently planning an expansion of their convention center. Taren Patel is principal of A-1 Hospitality Group. A-1 Hospitality is currently building a Courtyard by Marriott in the city of Pasco Washington adjacent to the Tri-Cities Airport. They are also planning to build a Fairfield Inn and Suites in Hermiston, Oregon and an additional Courtyard by Marriott in a location to be announced.
