Developer, Catskill Lodging LLC, which is composed of Windsor Hospitality Management Co. and Southern Realty & Development is planning to build a 92 guestroom Hampton by Hilton hotel in the town of Catskill, New York near the Thruway’s Exit 21 with construction beginning in September 2025. The $18.1 million hotel will be built at 15 Gateway Drive, a 3-acre site on the east side of the highway exit, behind a Stewart’s Shops location. Bast Hatfiled is the project’s general contractor. Jayesh Modhwadiya is the principal of Catskill Lodging. Construction will take 14 months to complete.
