Construction has begun on a 32-guestroom hotel called Wilson’s Cove on Kent Island in Stevensville, Maryland. The $10 million project is being developed by Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. The resort will include two restaurants and a spa. DAS is the project Architect. Carrie Simmons is the vice president of Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. The hotel will open in the 3rd quarter of 2026.
