New construction of a Kimpton Hotel is planned in downtown Reno Nevada. CEO Chris Beavor of CAI Investments is developing the project. CAI has a $100 loan agreement with agreement with Pinnacle Lending Group to fund the development of the hotel. IHG owns the Kimpton Hotel brand that includes 67 boutique hotel worldwide. The 20-story project will include 270 guestrooms, 50 condo residences, 60,000 sf of office space and 20,000 sf of meeting space.
