Delaware North plans to redevelop the Sheraton Hotel in Nashua, New Hampshire into Gate City Casino & Hotel. The first phase, opening by late 2027, will feature a 65,000-square-foot gaming floor; the second phase in 2030 expands this to 93,000 square feet. The existing hotel has over 330 rooms. New construction will add gaming areas, dining options, and a parking garage. The facility will offer 1,000 games—slots, table games, and poker—plus restaurants including a steakhouse, sports bar, and Asian noodle bar.
