The fourth annual Kikkoman Culinary Experts Meet-up convened at IHM Pusa, New Delhi, bringing together a strong cross-section of chefs, restaurateurs, policymakers and hospitality professionals for a day of dialogue on trust, authenticity and collaboration in the evolving food landscape. The event featured a special address by Rajit Punhani, CEO of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), and a keynote by chef Manish Mehrotra, founder and culinary director of Nisaba, alongside three industry panels examining critical themes shaping modern gastronomy.
