Colas Development Group has partnered with Portland State University to develop a $70 million, 150 guestroom hotel and conference center. Led by Andrew Colas, Colas Development Group is a partnership between Colas Construction and real estate development firm led by Ndamukong Suh of HMS Developments. The project will be located on the south end of downtown, Portland, Oregon. The new center would also include classrooms, studio and rehearsal spaces and space for arts organizations along with the hotel and conference center.
