
Daley Hospitality Group plans to develop a $38 million boutique hotel and events venue near Altamont, New York. The property would include event space, hotel rooms, cabins, a restaurant and spa. The venue at 1180 Berne-Altamont Road, will replace the former Rev. Peter Young drug rehab center that closed 12 years ago. The 73,000-square-foot facility will be converted into a 30 guestroom hotel, events center, spa and restaurant, and 30 one- and two-bedroom cabins built in an adjacent wooded area of the 34-acre property. Jim Pettit, is co-owner of Daley Hospitality Group. Financing is being provided by X-Calibur Rural Capital. The General contractor is Bishop Beaudry Construction. The project Architect is SWBR. Completion is expected in the third quarter of 2027.
