Developer Redbrick LMD is planning to build a new hotel located east of the Anacostia River in Washington D.C. as part of the next phase of its massive Bridge District project at 632 Howard Rd SE. DLR Group is the architect on the project, while Wiles Mensch is landscape architect. No hotel flag has been officially announced for the project.
