Developers Unity Stone Group & Infill Consulting Premier LLC purchased the site of the proposed Sycamore Resort in Orlando, Florida and are filling a resubmission of the original 378-unit hotel-condo plan to restart the project. The project was put on hold when the original developer Primeland Real Estate Development LLC, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2024. The project includes 378 hotel-condo vacation rental units with a clubhouse and rooftop lounge located at: 2961 Sycamore Resort Drive, in Kissimmee. The project’s 378 units would be spread across six mid-rise buildings arranged around central amenities, a clubhouse, fitness center, meeting space and rooftop lounge on 10 acres.
