Buslam Group has broken ground on La Musique Hotel in Miami, Florida at Coral Way in the Shenandoah neighborhood. Located at 1300 S.W. 22nd Street & Coral Way, will include a 120,000-square-foot hotel with 100 guest rooms, including 14 luxury suites, plus a private club, rooftop areas, restaurants, a gym, spa, beauty salon, champagne bar, cigar lounge, and art gallery. Buslam Group, bought the 12,519-square-foot site for $6 million in 2024 and demolished an office building there earlier this year. The project will cost $50 million.
