Developer BCI Pacific has submitted plans for a three-story, 66,968-square-foot Home2 Suites by Hilton at College Marketplace, a 61-acre commercial development at the intersection of State Routes 3 and 305 in Poulsbo, Washington. The proposed 102-room hotel would include an indoor pool, fitness center, meeting space, and outdoor seating. BCI expects to break ground in spring 2027 and complete construction within 24 months; the project cost has not been disclosed. BCI will serve as general contractor, with Varitone Architecture designing the project. Other team members include Momentum Engineering, Robison Engineering, and SHD Landscape Design. The hotel would be built on three undeveloped lots totaling 5.49 acres. John Hantzmon is BCI’s asset manager.
