Drury Development Corporation has commenced construction on a $55 million Drury Plaza Hotel in downtown Omaha, Nebraska. Located in the Old Market district at 10th and Harney Streets, the eight-story project is being built entirely by Drury’s in-house team acting as developer, architect, and general contractor. Construction is estimated to be completed in early 2028.
