MBA Development Partners of Florida LLC plans Deerfield Beach City Center, a 3.75-acre mixed-use project at 1045 S.W. 11th Way in Deerfield Beach, FL. The 690,155-square-foot development would include three 14-story buildings, a 120-room hotel, restaurants, event space, 150 residential units, 132,500 square feet of offices, 1,050 square feet of retail, and 533 parking spaces. Twenty percent of the units would be affordable, with 67 one-bedroom, 75 two-bedroom, and eight three-bedroom residences. The developer is led by Mario Caprini, with Juan Carlos Ayala as vice president of development; Gallo Herbert Architects is designing the project.
