Construction is underway on the four-story, 119-room Tru by Hilton Holland South at 620 S. Point Hotel Drive near M-40 in Holland, Michigan. Holland Hotel II LLC is developing the 52,516-square-foot hotel on 3.16 acres, with Visser Brothers Inc. as contractor. Plans include a 2,800-square-foot social hub, indoor pool, 24-hour fitness center and pet-friendly rooms. Completion is expected in late 2027, followed by an early 2028 opening.
