WTN Investments LLC is proposing to build the Horizon West Hotel, a 96 guest-room, four-story property totaling approximately 58,400 square feet on two acres at 3035 St. Rose Pkwy. in Henderson, Nevada’s Westgate Planning Area. WTN is the developer; MRW Design Associates is the architect; and Bush & Gudgell, Inc. is the civil engineer and landscape architect. The design includes a porte cochere, primarily stucco façades, stone and aluminum accents, and a white, indigo and tan palette. Amenities include lounge and dining areas, a buffet station, network zone, meeting room, fitness center, patio, spa and pool. Guest rooms occupy all four floors. Plans include 80 parking spaces, including four EV-installed spaces. Brand affiliation remains undecided, although conceptual signage shows SpringHill Suites by Marriott.
