In December 2025, The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) sold its entire 25.52 percent stake in the Company to the GVK-Bhupal promoter family, and IHCL’s nominee directors stepped down from the Board on 30th December 2025. Formed in 1995 as a joint venture between the GVK-Bhupal family and IHCL, the Company is now owned and led entirely by the promoter family.
