OTO Development plans a four-story, 143-key hotel near The Village at Seven Pines mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Designed by England-Thims & Miller, the hotel will occupy 2.37 acres beside the 330-unit Georgetown at Seven Pines multifamily community. Its civil plans were approved on Nov. 4. The hotel brand has not been announced.
