Developer Carroll Companies is making progress on its Parkside mixed use development in downtown Greensboro, North Carolina, that will include a 10 story 159 guestroom AC Marriott Hotel. The $150 million mixed-use development, in downtown Greensboro will also include office, restaurant, retail, a private club and residential. Framing and concrete work has begun on the AC Hotel likely will open by the end of 2027.
