Developers are planning to build a new mixed use hotel in downtown Kalispell Montana. Named the Charles Hotel, the $80 million project that will include an eight-story parking garage and an 86,000-square-foot boutique hotel. Located at Third Street West and Main Street the project is being proposed by Bill Golberg of Compass Construction and designed by A&E Design. The project would bring a 242-stall public parking garage with 78 multi-family housing units and the five-story Charles Hotel project would include 79 hotel units with a full-service restaurant.
