Developer Urban Green Development plans to construct a 35-key hotel at 1643 and 1649 Boulder St. called Raha, in to Lower Highland or LoHi neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. The new hotel will include a 2000-square-foot restaurant and lobby bar on the lower level of the building. Above that level will be three stories of hotel rooms, as well as a rooftop patio. Urban Green plans to break ground on the $23 million Raha Hotel by the end of the year, and plans to open the hotel to guests following approximately two years of construction. Coesivo Design Group is the interior designer of the project, the architect is Neostudio and the general contractor is Schneider Building Company. Scott Kiere, is president and CEO of Urban Green Development. Nate Sandberg is the project manager.
