The San Antonio Design Review Commission approved The Mandevilla, a $63 million, three-story hotel planned for 1411 Alling St. in San Antonio, Texas. Developed by Terry Black’s Barbecue and designed by Kirksey Architecture and Chioco Design LLC, the mixed-use project will include a 40-room boutique hotel, restaurant, spa, and The Depths—a 9,800-square-foot, basement-level bathhouse with hot and cold pools, a linear pool, and massage spaces.
